General Terms & Conditions for deputation of personnel
Following are the Service-Charge Rates applicable for the services of BPPS experts:

The above rate of service-charge is per day or part thereof. The total number of days absence from Headquarters will be taken into account towards Service charges. (i.e. from the date of departure from THANJAVUR and to the date of return to THANJAVUR).
Over – Time :
The daily working hours of our personnel is 8 hours in a normal shift and NOT more than 48 hours in a week. The hours beyond 8 hours in a day will be taken as over-time.
Over – Time Charges :
The charges shown above are per hour rate. The per hour over-time charges will be of 2 times of the normal hourly rate of a shift. (i.e. : 2x1/8 of the normal 8 hour shift).
Sunday / Holiday Work :
BPPS Personnel are entitled to avail Sundays and also the Holidays as declared by concerned State Government of the place of Customer's Plant.
Charges for Sunday / Holiday Work :
If BPPS personnel worked on Sundays / Holidays on Customer's requirement, 2 times of Perday-service-charge will be charged.
Accommodation and Food :
BPPS personnel shall be provided with suitable furnished free accommodation and food by Customer.
Hotel Charges :
If accommodation is not provided by Customer, the actual hotel charges for the stay of BPPS personnel will have to be borne by Customer.
Travelling Charges :
As per the entitlement of BPPS, the to-and-fro train fare(A/C II tier) or the actual taxi charges incurred will have to be borne by Customer.
Conveyance Charges(During Transit) :
The actual conveyance charges incurred by BPPS personnel, during transit, from Thanjavur to Customer's place and vice-versa shall be payable by Customer.
Transport Facility :
The facility of free transport from the place of stay of BPPS personnel to the workspot and back is to be provided by Customer.
Conveyance Charges (Local) :
If free transport is not provided by Customer, the actual conveyance charges incurred towards the available mode of transport will have to be borne by Customer. This is applicable only for the places between the stay of BPPS personnel and the work-spot.
Payment :
Payments may please be made by Account Payee Crossed Demand Draft in favour of
BALAJI POWER PLANTS SERVICES, payable at THANJAVUR-613 004, OR By RTGS / NEFT, after completion of work.
Scope of Work :
The work will be carried out by the Customer and BPPS will provide the services of Supervisory Experts.
The responsibility of BPPS personnel is restricted in rendering technical advice, assistance and guidance to Customer's personnel.
The Supervisory Services of BPPS personnel is applicable only in the particular area of work to which the deputation is solely made and NOT in other areas.
BPPS is not responsible for the failure occurs due to NOT following the recommendation of BPPS by Customer's personnel and also attending the work by them to their own ideas.
In-Situ Seat Cutting Machine :
We are not having In-situ Seat Cutting Machine. We have Special Seat Cutting Tool Through which the STEP HEIGHT Will be increased to the required Level (0.7mm)before lapping.
